This hotel suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, fitness centre, and cute staff. They even helped me with a phone charger once. Plus, the attentive bar staff enhance my experience. I'll be back for Easter!

Stayed one night at the Manor House hotel, and was met with very friendly service. Staff at reception, in particular, were extremely helpful and positive. I had left a coat in my room and they were very efficient adn posted it to me as soon as I contacted them. If I were in the area again I would definitely go back.
The Wi-fi wasn't very good as the connection kept dropping. However, staff were helpful and immediately provided a LAN-option which was a little bit better. If the hotel gets many business customers it might be worth investing in a more advanced Wi-fi system.

Far too long waiting time for the menu (main course without starter) in the evening!

Absolutely top. Nothing to complain about. . Breakfast was great, served a la carte, so it takes a little more time.

The unusual breakfast of oakcakes - a type of wheat pancake with cheese and bacon. The unpretentious swimming pool. The staff at reception were very helpful. Having a formal dining room but also the bar.

bathrooom was a little dated and needed modernising

The staff from reception to the dinning areas couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. My children loved the pool, it was a decent size and very clean. The family room was a good size.

Amazing spa experience!
The spa was so nice, especially the steam room and jacuzzi. We treated ourselves to the 'Start the weekend early' package with yummy afternoon tea. Oh, the staff were super friendly too! One hiccup was the long wait at breakfast, but overall, it was an awesome stay.

great service but lacking in room amenities
The staff provided really good assistance throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, catering to different preferences.
The room amenities felt slightly underwhelming for a superior class.
